Atelier.de.ju is a French, family brand based in Paris, France.
All products are designed and handcrafted with care in our Parisian workshop.

2. Products
Each piece is handmade, which means that slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur, these are part of the product’s uniqueness and charm.
We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EURO (or your local currency when available) and include taxes where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment methods.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped or made available within the timeframes announced at purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs due to incorrect addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Liability
Atelier.de.ju cannot be held liable for indirect damages, delivery delays, or issues beyond our control (e.g., postal disruptions or customs delays).
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
