Each item is handmade with care in our Parisian workshop.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for your order to be prepared, depending on stock and customization.
For seasonal markets or pre-orders, the delivery schedule will be clearly announced (for example, around December 20 for holiday deliveries).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using trusted postal or courier services.

Free pickup or local hand delivery may be offered during markets or special events.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once shipped, Atelier.de.ju cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by postal services.
